Terms of Service

1. The service

Perdura ("the service"), available at perdura.fit and operated by Aheadnode, is a fitness tracking application for logging training, body composition, and nutrition data. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

3. Your data

The data you log belongs to you. You can export it at any time from the Data tab and request deletion of your account and data by contacting support. We handle personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions

The free plan is free indefinitely. Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription; prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled any time, taking effect at the end of the paid period. During early access, Premium features may be available for free; we may change what is included in each plan with reasonable notice.

5. Not medical advice

Perdura provides tracking and generic calculation tools (for example calorie estimates). Nothing in the service is medical, health, or professional training advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting a training or nutrition program.

6. Acceptable use

• No attempts to access other users' data beyond the sharing features provided.
• No abusive load, scraping, or interference with the service.
• No unlawful use.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. We recommend keeping periodic JSON exports of your data.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon account deletion your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
